Office of the President has organized a two Weeks Orientation Retreat for all newly Appointed Assistant Resident District/ City Commissioners in Uganda. The Retreat is scheduled for 26th May, 20224 to 7th June, 2024 at the National Leadership Institute (NALI), Kyankwanzi.
The main objectives of the Retreat are to:
- Apprise all newly appointed Assistant Resident District / City Commissioners on their roles in service delivery in Local Governments.
- Equip ARDCs/ARCCs with relevant knowledge, skills and values necessary to become effective leaders and change agents in their respective areas of jurisdiction.
