GOVERNANCE AND SECURITY PROGRAMME, TECHNICAL WORKING GROUP RETREAT ON ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REPORT YR 2024/25 PLANNING AND BUDGETING FOR FY 2026/27

The Office of the President, as the Lead Agency in the Governance and Security Programme (GSP), has convened a Technical Working Group (TWG) retreat to discuss Individual Vote Allocation for FY 2026/27.

This retreat follows the First Budget Call Circular (BCC) release, where the Programme was allocated 8.99 trillion as per the MTEF for FY 2026/27. This required the GSP to convene a TWG meeting to discuss and agree on the individual Vote allocations for FY 2026/27 before they are approved by the Programme Working Group (PWG) for onward submission to MoFPED. This Retreat was officially opened by the Secretary, Office of the President, Haji Yunus Kakande, on Friday, 10th October 2025, at Esella Country Hotel.
