RT HON.BRukia Isanga Nakadama, is a Ugandan Businesswoman, Educator, Politician and Diplomat with training in Public Administration. On 9th June, 2021 she was entrusted to serve the People of Uganda as the Third Deputy Prime Minister and Minister without Portfolio a Position she holds to date.

Currently, she is the Woman Member of Parliament Representing Mayuge District a position she has held by secret ballot election from 2001-2016 and currently serving the term 2021-2026. In 2018, Rukia Isanga Nakadama was appointed as the Honorary Consul of Pakistan in Uganda a position she still serves to date.

Prior, Rukia Isanga Nakadama has served as a Board Member of National Forestry Authority (2017- June 2021) and State Minister for Gender and Culture in the Ugandan Cabinet (2006-2016).
